KESTANE BALI

 

kestane ağaçlarının çiçeklerinden arılar tarafından toplanan nektarın işlenmesiyle elde edilen bir bal türüdür. Özellikle zengin aroması, koyu rengi ve kendine has tat profiliyle diğer bal türlerinden kolayca ayırt edilebilir. Kestane balı, Türkiye'nin birçok bölgesinde yetişen kestane ağaçlarının yoğun olduğu yerlerde üretilir ve bu bal, sağlıklı özellikleri nedeniyle tercih edilen doğal bir tatlı alternatifi olarak bilinir.

 

 

It is a type of honey obtained by processing nectar collected by bees from the flowers of chestnut trees. It can be easily distinguished from other honey types, especially by its rich aroma, dark color and distinctive taste profile. Chestnut honey is produced in places where chestnut trees that grow in many regions of Turkey are dense, and this honey is known as a preferred natural dessert alternative due to its healthy properties.
